Hacienda Uvita provides guests plenty of privacy, amazing views and great location.
As soon as you arrive at Hacienda Uvita, the views will simply take your breath away. The beautiful blue of the Pacific Ocean, the valleys of Uvita or the enchanting mountains that surround the village, can all be enjoyed from the covered veranda.
Entering the home you will be invited into an open concept living and dining area with a kitchen that is a chefs delight. Enough counter space that you feel you could host to your hearts desire! Conveniently located right off the kitchen is the laundry facilities, adjacent to the door that leads out to the parking area. Dirty from the beach, no problem, the whole area is designed with the flow of a busy family.
Down the hall you will find 4 bedrooms all divided for privacy. Two full bathrooms, one with a double vanity, that separates 3 of the bedrooms while the master enjoys its own ensuite complete with a large walk in shower, double vanity, and soaker tub.
Open the doors and windows wide as the breeze blows through. Need a little a/c in the hotter months, each bedroom is equipped to cool you down in minutes. Feel like having a shower outside while looking over that amazing vista, you got it, nice and close to the pool with amazing breezes from the mountains and ocean.
Guests will meet with an Osa Property Management representative at check-in and at check-out. Osa Property Management will also be available from 7 am - 9 pm via WhatsApp group chat.
Osa Property Management’s Concierge and Vacation Planner team will contact you after you have made your reservation. We will assist with making any necessary transportation arrangements from Juan Santamaria International Airport in San Jose (SJO), or from one of the two local regional airports in the area - Palmar Sur or Quepos - to the property in Uvita. We will also arrange all excursions/activities/tours with reputable companies in the area, provide a link for grocery delivery, and make reservations at any restaurant. Our goal is to make your trip to Costa Rica enjoyable and as relaxing as you want it to be.
Hacienda Uvita is located approximately five minutes from the Costanera Highway located above Uvita.
Uvita has the areas largest grocery store, several banks, pharmacy, vehicle rental locations, wonderful restaurants and coffee shops.
A 4x4 vehicle is required to access Hacienda Uvita
Osa Property Management will be there for the check-in.
There is a private gate to access the home and guests will be given a remote control to open/close the gate.
Guests will have access to the property 24 hours a day.
The property is private with no shared spaces.
Most SUV's will easily make it to Hacienda Uvita but a 4x4 is always encouraged in the region.
Uvita does not have UBER and private taxis are not always available.
Every vacation rental managed by Osa Property Management will have the following provided:
Full bag of Costa Rican coffee (250 grams/8 oz/0.5 lb)
Dish soap (sink)
Dish cleaning sponge
Starter set of dishwasher soap (if applicable)
Shampoo in every shower
Soap in every shower
Hand soap at every sink
Start set of laundry detergent
One box of Kleenex per bathroom
Guests are responsible for replenishment of items.
Important: Our properties are protected by a digital trust platform that enables Hosts, Operators and Guests to confidently transact in the short-term rentals space. Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted by a representative to verify the reservation. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in. Failure to do so may result in the reservation being cancelled.
NOTE: The bathtub in the Master Suite is not currently working.
