Ocean Side Luxury Condo at Elan with Three Bedrooms
Enjoy your time in Costa Rica at the most exclusive development in the southern pacific region of Costa Rica. This large (over 2,200 square feet!) three bedroom, 2 balcony villa, is perfect for guests who want to enjoy luxurious accommodations, take private walks on Playa Ballena beach (guests have private access from the swimming pool area) and enjoy everything Costa Rica has to offer. This villa comfortably sleeps up to seven (7) people.
The villa is a corner unit providing plenty of natural light throughout the entire villa. Guests love the open floor plan that connects the kitchen, kitchen island, living room and outdoor balcony/patio.
The large Owner's Suite has a king size bed, access to the balcony/patio, large storage area, en-suite bathroom with double sinks and walk-in shower.
Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed, private access to the 2nd balcony/patio, a large storage/closet unit, and occupies one of the villa's corners, providing plenty of natural light.
Bedroom #3 has a double and a single bed, plenty of light, and a large storage/closet unit for your personal items.
Every bedroom has air conditioning and ceiling fans.
Guests love the multiple swimming pools (including a shallow pool specifically for children) and adjacent area that has BBQ facilities, kitchenette and seating, outdoor showers and washrooms (both by the pool area and by the beach). This beautiful, relaxing area is a shared space, but given its size, it rarely feels crowded. For the adults there is a Jacuzzi hot tub.

Guests will meet with an Osa Property Management representative at check-in and at check-out. Osa Property Management will also be available from 7 am - 9 pm via WhatsApp group chat.
Osa Property Management’s Concierge and Vacation Planner team will contact you after you have made your reservation. We will assist with making any necessary transportation arrangements from Juan Santamaria International Airport in San Jose (SJO), or from one of the two local regional airports in the area - Palmar Sur or Quepos - to the property in Uvita. We will also arrange all excursions/activities/tours with reputable companies in the area, provide a link for grocery delivery, and make reservations at any restaurant. Our goal is to make your trip to Costa Rica enjoyable and as relaxing as you want it to be.
Villa de Priscimo is part of the most exclusive and luxurious beachfront development in the southern pacific region of Costa Rica. Elan Beachfront Condominium development is located just 5 minutes south of Uvita.
Uvita is one of the Central Pacific's best kept secrets. The beaches are beautiful, the hills are lush, wildlife is abundant and its the perfect place to surf, horseback ride or just relax. If you are looking for a beautiful beach destination that is far less developed than Manuel Antonio, Uvita is a fantastic alternative. The highlight is Marino Ballena National Park, featuring the famous sandy "Whale's Tail" where migrating humpback whales can be seen just offshore. You can whale watch, dolphin watch or snorkel.
Uvita also makes a great base for exploring Dominical (12 miles North) which is a fun, funky hippie and counterculturist enclave with great shops, dining, live music, candlelight yoga, spas, bars and beach. The tiny town of Ojochal is 9 miles to the South and is known as one of the best foodie towns in Costa Rica. Ojochal also offers easy access to Playa Ventanas, a small and beautiful beach famous for its sea caves.
For those who enjoy golfing, the southern pacific’s only golf course, Osa Golf Course, is an easy 25 minute drive south.
Guests will meet with Osa Property Management at check-in and then have 24 hour access to the unit. There is a gated entrance to the development providing additional peace of mind and security.
The villa is on the second floor and there are elevators available, making it easy for guests.
The villa is part of Elan at Ballena Beach Condominium complex. The unit is on the second floor - there is an elevator. The multiple swimming pools and BBQ area, are shared among other guests. Guests will also have private (to Elan guests only) access to the beach.
The property is easily accessible by any kind of vehicle.
Uvita does not have UBER and private taxis are not always available. Osa Property Management can assist guests in lining up transportation from San Jose Juan Santamaria International Airport (SJO), which is approximately three hours away (rental cars, private shuttles for groups, etc).
There are two nearby local airports that have daily flights to/from San Jose via Sansa Airlines or private chartered flights. Airports at both Palmar Sur and Quepos are each approximately 45 minutes away.

Guests are responsible for replenishment of items.
