Tucan Tango Costa Rica is now available for the first time ever for short-term vacation rentals (June 2022).

Enjoy this wonderful three bedroom, gated and private, home, with amazing ocean views. It is perfect for families (up to 7 guests), for small groups or for digital nomads.

The main floor has the kitchen, common area, two bedrooms and huge patio.

The second floor of Tucan Tango Costa Rica is dedicated to the private office and to the Owner's Suite. Perfect for those that need to do a little bit of work while on vacation and need some private and quiet space for Zoom calls.

The well-equipped kitchen gives Guests the opportunity to prepare almost any type of food - or, even better - hire out a private chef and sit back and relax. Osa Property Management will assist you with lining up the chef.

The huge covered patio runs the length of the house and can be enjoyed all year, regardless of the weather. Enjoy the constant mountain breezes, the amazing jungle sounds (toucans, scarlet macaws and howler monkeys are the most common) and the spectacular ocean views from either the first floor patio or the second floor patio (second floor patio accessible only from the Owner's Suite).

The patio area also has a built-in outdoor grill and table and chairs to enjoy meals outside.

The large pool is more than large enough for everyone in your group to enjoy the swimming pool at the same time.

Interaction

Osa Property Management’s Concierge and Vacation Planner team will contact you after you have made your reservation. We will assist with making any necessary transportation arrangements from Juan Santamaria International Airport in San Jose (SJO), or one of the local regional airports. Palmar Sur is closest (~30 minutes) and has one flight per day in/out of San Jose, while Quepos is approximately 45 minutes from Ojochal and has multiple flights per day on either Sansa Airlines or private charters. We will arrange all excursions/activities/tours with reputable companies in the area, provide a link for grocery delivery, and make reservations at any restaurant. Our goal is to make your trip to Costa Rica enjoyable and as relaxing as you want it to be.


Guests will meet with an Osa Property Management representative at check-in and at check-out. Osa Property Management will also be available from 8 am - 8 pm via WhatsApp group chat.

Neighborhood

Tucan Tango Costa Rica is located in the most well established and private phases of Ojochal.

Access

The home has a private gate, in addition to a gate for the development. Guests will be given remote controls and PINs to access the property.

Guests will meet with an Osa Property Management Representative at a pre-determined location and then escorted up to the property. After check-in, guests will have unrestricted access to the property.

Space

Tucan Tango Costa Rica is a private home with no shared spaces. Guests will have the exclusive use of the property and the swimming pool.

Transit

A 4x4 vehicle is required to access the property.
Ojochal does not have UBER and private taxis are not always available.

Please contact Osa Property Management if you would like to secure private transportation during your time at this wonderful property, and/or transportation to/from San Jose International Airport (or any other airport).

No more than 7 adults allowed.

Important: Our properties are protected by a digital trust platform that enables Hosts, Operators and Guests to confidently transact in the short-term rentals space. Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted by a representative to verify the reservation. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in. Failure to do so may result in the reservation being canceled.

Every vacation rental managed by Osa Property Management will have the following provided:

Guests are responsible for replenishment of items.

Check-in is from 3 pm - 8 pm
Guests must arrive in Ojochal no later than 9 pm. Late check-ins may be denied entry.
Arrival after 8:30 pm will incur a $50 late fee.
