We give just a mediocre valuation because we experienced a mixture of good and bad experiences. We were confronted with a lot of technical problems that could only partly solved. The good side: Our contact person, Steven, turned out to be very ambitious and helped us quickly as soon as he could. For example he replaced a completely rotten coffee maker by a new one. He also cared for two non functioning bedside lamps and for several other lamps and fans that could not be switched on. The bad side: There were several structural problems far beyond Stevenˋs possibilities. Just some examples: We had a stereo system that gave absolutely no sound and a TV with no pictures nor sound. A technician told us that it was not connected, neither to the internet nor to an antenna. What did thy do about that? Nothing! The terrace door could not be locked, because the lock was broken. What did they do?Again: nothing! Many times Steven gave us advices, one day later OSA office contacted us to tell us exactly the opposite. To us it seems like the right hand in this company does not know what the left does. Conclusion: The prices of OSA are top level, their service is not! |

The place was amazing and the host extremely helpful. The one thing you need to be clear about though is that the house is far up in the mountain. You truly need a 4x4 or at least an SUV and the road can be stiff and tricky to drive through. From the main entrance in Ojochal it takes about 10 minutes to get to the house. Once at the house, it truly feel like home, plenty of amenities and beautiful rooms and surroundings. The pool is a bit deep for the average person! Response: I'm glad you enjoyed your time with us.
